Happy June

Bonjour mes amies! Oh, wait I’m not french, well maybe a bit. Yet, it is required at most canadian universities to have completed a gr.11 language. I do really want to go to France again, actually traveling anywhere other than the shit-hole I’m from would be great. Okay, it’s not that bad here, but I’ve got the travel bug and want to get away!
Random tangent, back to scheduled programming…

JUNE GOALS

1) Gain strength,courage and happiness.
I’m striving for 4 pounds this month. That’s 1 a week.

2) Get involved; find a job, volunteer, get out there!

3) Drink more milk; cause it’s so good for you & you need the calcium, fat, and protein.

4) Finish up Chemistry 12 – don’t wanna do it in the summer.

4) Have more fun; smile, laugh, enjoy life! Recovery is hard, but i can still enjoy my life and do things that make me happy.

5) Challenge myself; don’t stick to safe foods. Try new recipes for meals and snacks.

Because…

What pushes you outside your comfort zone,
& how do you overcome it?

  1. Usually when I’m feeling angry or someone/something challenges me I try to get out of my comfort zone and tackle the fears head on. So I guess it’s myself that pushes me out of it and I accept it as it comes.

I wish you the best of luck with your goals – I’m sure you can do them! Just keep working hard and if you ever need help, don’t feel afraid to ask family or friends. 🙂

  2. Loving these goals my dear, you have got this 🙂 I am so excited for you, maybe I need to make some summer goals too… good idea 🙂

  3. I love your goals!
Specially the one with trying more fear foods, stepping out of the comfort zone. That is really important for recovery, and for becoming happy and peaceful 🙂

  4. Amazing goals! I absolutely love the last quote because I find it So incredibly true! Life does begin beyond our comfort zone!

Hope you are having a wonderful weekend 🙂

    Scott
