moving monday.

[want to do this]

 3.25 mile interval run + 90 minute bikram class + 120 minute advanced series
= a happy, but tired Laura.

Feels good to be doing the things I love. I have been deprived for much too long, which I can now see were good reasons. Health comes first. Then happiness follows. Or, at least that’s how it has been in my case.

Refueling, blog reading, grey’s anatomy, &  sleepy bedtime tonight!
